House Bill 1348, Chapter 253 was signed, and became effective on July
1, 2002. Essentially it states: Upon registering snowmobiles, a
membership card proving you are a member in good standing with a
non-profit New Hampshire snowmobile club affiliated with the New
Hampshire Snowmobile Association will be required or an additional
$30.00 user fee, per machine, will be charged. The additional fee will
be placed into the Grant-In-Aid program, which is a club assistance
program.
